Located in the heart of the restored old concrete vats, the Wine Codex is a unique place, conceived as a living library of the estate.
Here, wines are selected, described, and savoured according to each guest’s taste and curiosity.
Bruno and Ilse accompany each tasting with a personal touch, sharing their perspective, their journey and the story of each vintage, for a tailor-made and memorable experience.

Walk & Wine Tasting in the Vineyards
Wine Cellar Visit
Combining a walk through the vineyards with a tasting allows you to discover the wines of Domaine La Martine where they originate.
Accompanied by Ilse and Bruno, the walk through the heart of the vineyard allows you to understand the terroir, the landscape and the work of the vine throughout the seasons.
The visit to the cellar extends this immersion by revealing the stages of winemaking and aging, offering a complete view of the wine's journey, from vine to glass.
The tasting that follows then takes on its full meaning, illuminated by the setting, the conversations, and the sharing. A gentle and immersive experience, blending nature, terroir, and conviviality, to understand wine in a new way.
