heart of the vineyards

Every summer, Domaine La Martine hosts two exceptional gastronomic evenings in the heart of the vineyards.

Set in the heart of nature, in the middle of the wine-growing amphitheater, guests are invited to share an extraordinary meal, punctuated by the sunset and then the starry sky.

Each edition explores a world cuisine theme — Italy, Argentina, Spain or other destinations — conceived and orchestrated in partnership with Pax & Amor and its chef Jakob.

Open Caves, between vineyards and conviviality

In summer, the Open Cave events at Domaine La Martine invite you to discover the wines in a different way, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

The evening begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, led by Ilse or Bruno, to understand the terroir and landscape as the sun slowly sets.

It continues with a tasting of the estate’s wines, accompanied by tapas and small sharing dishes, in a laid-back atmosphere, sometimes enhanced by a few notes of music.

Simple, joyful moments bringing together wine, nature, and conviviality—an invitation to experience the estate at its very best during the summer season.

The Wine Codex of Domaine La Martine is naturally suited to the organization of tailor-made wine events.

We welcome groups for personalized tastings, designed according to your wishes: discovery of our vintages, food & wine pairings, moments of sharing around wine.

The Codex can also become the setting for team building, a professional meeting or a private event, in an intimate and historically rich atmosphere.
