The Wine estate: La Martine estate, located 10 km from Limoux, is nestled on 70 hectares between 250 and 550 m altitude, in an oceanic terroir.
Its 8 hectares of vineyards, facing south around a lake, extend between 330 and 400 m altitude.
The microclimate and biodiversity of the estate
allow us to produce wines with a unique character.
The estate also includes olive groves, orchards, forests, and meadows where ten species of wild orchids bloom in spring, supporting exceptional wildlife.
Royal butterflies parade on its peaks, while snake eagles soar over the plains in search of prey.
Domaine La Martine, whose buildings partly date back to the 13th century, has a winemaking tradition dating back to 1720.

We are Bruno, a bioengineer, and Ilse, a biologist, a Belgian couple with extensive international experience in the food and social sectors. At Domaine La Martine, we are realizing our dream: to live in the heart of nature and create a product that brings people together.
