On the nose: This unique wine combines the elegance of Chardonnay and Viognier, offering a perfect balance between finesse and intensity. It reveals floral and fruity aromas, with notes of citrus, apricot and white peach.


On the palate: the attack is soft and fresh, followed by a long, refreshing finish where the same fruity flavours found on the nose reappear.


Food & wine pairing: This fresh wine is ideal as an aperitif. Thanks to its complexity, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, prawns, mussels or a summer bouillabaisse. A surprising and delightful combination is to enjoy it with a soft goat’s cheese, for a unique and refined tasting experience.

Personal anecdote: Summer 2024 was marked by the tremendous success of our white wine, to the point that it was already sold out before the festive season. It is with great pleasure that we present our new white wine, offering even more freshness and elegance than its predecessor.
